These Subscription Terms supplement the AllVideoAI Terms of Use. They apply when AllVideoAI offers you a paid subscription, recurring plan, or credit top-up.
The product, price, currency, billing period, included credits, tax, and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of your purchase agreement. Checkout may be provided by FastSpring or another disclosed payment processor, which may act as merchant of record and apply its own payment and tax terms.
You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the initial purchase and each recurring renewal until canceled.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the period shown at checkout unless canceled before the renewal is processed. Renewal prices may change after advance notice where required by law.
If payment fails, we or the payment processor may retry the charge, ask you to update payment information, restrict paid features, or end the subscription.
Credits are units used inside AllVideoAI and are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, or transferable property.
Unless checkout states otherwise:
Before a generation starts, credits may be frozen. Successful child jobs settle their own credits; failed, canceled, or timed-out child jobs may release frozen credits according to the recorded task state.
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may result in an immediate charge or prorated adjustment. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next billing period unless checkout says otherwise.
Changing or canceling a plan does not restore credits that were validly consumed by completed generations.
You may cancel through the account or subscription-management flow made available by AllVideoAI or the payment processor. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to paid features until then unless the account is terminated for breach, fraud, or security risk.
Deleting an account may make remaining credits and stored generations inaccessible. Download any outputs you need before deletion.
Prices may exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. The payment processor may calculate and collect applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges. Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Subscriptions, renewals, and top-ups are digital purchases. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return Policy, the terms shown at checkout, the payment processor's mandatory procedures, and applicable consumer law.
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed charge.
We may change plan names, included credits, features, or limits. Material changes to an active recurring plan will be communicated as required by law and will normally apply to a later renewal.
For subscription or billing support, contact support@allvideoai.com and include the account email and transaction identifier. Never send full payment-card details.
