These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of allvideoai.com, the AllVideoAI multi-model video generation workspace, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by your local law. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
AllVideoAI provides a workspace for creating or editing video with third-party and hosted AI models. Features may include:
Models, features, pricing, processing time, output limits, and availability may change. A model shown in the interface may be disabled when its provider is unavailable or when we cannot safely support its required inputs.
"Input" means prompts, files, reference materials, settings, and other content you submit. "Output" means video, image, audio, text, metadata, or other material generated in response.
You retain your rights in your Input. You grant AllVideoAI and the providers needed to perform your request a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process your Input and Output solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You represent that:
Rights in Output may depend on applicable law and the terms of the model provider. AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar material. We do not guarantee that any Output is registrable, exclusive, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
Commercial-use rights are conditional. They may depend on the exact model variant, version, generation route, provider terms, Input, Output, and intended use in effect when the generation occurs. A family or marketing name alone does not establish commercial clearance. You are responsible for reviewing any model-specific notice and obtaining legal review for high-value, regulated, or public campaigns.
AllVideoAI applies a zero-tolerance policy to sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and knowing infringement. Adult sexual content and pornography are not permitted on the Service, even where such content may be lawful in a particular jurisdiction.
You may not use the Service to:
We may use automated systems and human review to screen prompts, Inputs, Outputs, and account activity for policy violations. Screening may evaluate categories such as sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, harassment, infringement risk, fraud, and other harmful or unlawful activity.
We may reject or stop a generation, quarantine or remove an Input or Output, disable sharing or downloading, require additional information, place an account under review, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant evidence, or report illegal conduct to appropriate authorities. Serious violations may result in immediate termination. Repeated violations, attempts to evade safeguards, or misuse of the complaint process may also result in termination.
Automated screening is a risk-control tool and is not guaranteed to identify every violation or avoid every false positive. You remain responsible for your Inputs, Outputs, and publication decisions. Where available, you may contact support to request review of an enforcement decision.
Generation pricing is shown in AllVideoAI credits. Before generation, the server may obtain a current provider quote and freeze the credits required for the requested batch.
Each child generation is settled independently. Credits for a successful generation are charged at the amount confirmed when the job starts. Credits frozen for a failed, canceled, or timed-out job may be released according to the workflow status. A repeated or regenerated request is a new generation and may incur a new charge.
Browser estimates are informational. The server-confirmed quote controls. You may not manipulate requests, client code, or identifiers to avoid a charge.
If paid plans, recurring subscriptions, or top-ups are offered, the price, currency, renewal period, included credits, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. Payment may be processed by FastSpring or another disclosed payment processor.
Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel through the account or subscription-management flow made available to you. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Additional rules are described in our Subscription Terms and Return Policy. Checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights take priority where they conflict with these Terms.
AllVideoAI depends on AI model providers, hosting providers, storage providers, authentication services, and payment processors. Those services may have their own acceptable-use rules and may change or discontinue a model without notice to us.
You must comply with model-specific and third-party terms that apply to the exact model version and route used for a generation. AllVideoAI may retain internal records of the selected model family, variant or version, route identifier, applicable policy or terms reference, generation time, and safety decision for compliance, support, and dispute handling.
We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control. We may substitute providers, pause submissions, change routing, or disable a model to maintain safety, reliability, or legal compliance.
AI-generated material can contain artifacts, inaccuracies, bias, unexpected similarities, or inappropriate details. Review every Output before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for labels, disclosures, clearances, releases, and human review required for advertising, endorsements, political content, synthetic media, or other regulated uses.
Passing automated safety screening does not establish ownership, non-infringement, factual accuracy, commercial-use rights, or compliance with a platform's advertising rules.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, advertising-compliance, or intellectual-property advice.
The Service, user interface, software, model catalog organization, documentation, branding, and other AllVideoAI materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, infringement, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment, ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not promise that a model will accept an Input, complete within a particular time, produce a usable Output, or remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllVideoAI and its affiliates, providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services arising from the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AllVideoAI for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires a different result.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify AllVideoAI from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your Input, Output, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, or law. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the entity operating AllVideoAI, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
