Copyright Policy

AllVideoAI respects copyright and expects users to do the same.

1. AllVideoAI Materials

The AllVideoAI Website, software, user interface, documentation, graphics, branding, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may use them only as permitted by our Terms of Use or with written authorization.

2. User Inputs and Generated Outputs

Users retain the rights they hold in prompts, uploaded assets, and other Inputs. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to upload and process every Input.

By submitting an Input, a user represents that they own the material or have all licenses, consents, releases, and other legal authority required to process it and use the resulting Output. This includes rights relating to copyright, trademark, music, voice, likeness, publicity, privacy, products, locations, and performances.

Rights in AI-generated Outputs may vary by jurisdiction and by the terms applicable to the selected model. An Output may contain similarities to existing material, may not qualify for copyright protection, and may not be unique. AllVideoAI does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, or non-infringement.

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through AllVideoAI infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@allvideoai.com with the subject Copyright Infringement Notice.

Your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work;
  • The exact URL, workspace item, generation ID, or other information needed to locate the material;
  • Your name and contact information;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law;
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may ask for additional information, forward the notice to the affected user, disable access, sharing, downloading, or generation associated with the material, preserve relevant records, or take other action permitted by law.

4. Counter-Notices

If material you submitted was restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@allvideoai.com.

A counter-notice should include:

  • Identification of the material and its former location;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was restricted by mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • Any consent to jurisdiction or service of process required by applicable law;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where permitted, we may send the counter-notice to the complainant and restore access after the applicable waiting period.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other rights, knowingly submit unauthorized material, evade restrictions, or misuse the complaint process. A sufficiently serious violation may result in immediate termination without a prior warning. We may also block generations, remove or quarantine Outputs, disable public sharing, or restrict accounts that create a credible infringement risk.

Automated screening or the absence of a complaint does not establish that an Input or Output is authorized or non-infringing. Users remain responsible for performing appropriate rights review before publication or commercial use.
