Intellectual Property Rights

1. Platform Rights

AllVideoAI and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interfaces, model-catalog organization, workflows, documentation, branding, designs, and original materials.

Subject to our Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative services from protected parts of the Service;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, provenance, safety, or ownership notices without authorization;
  • Resell access, share credentials, or use the Service as an undisclosed competing model gateway;
  • Use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

2. Your Inputs

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, images, videos, audio, reference materials, and other Inputs.

You grant AllVideoAI and the providers required to fulfill your request a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process Inputs and Outputs as necessary to:

  • Provide the requested generation or editing service;
  • Store and deliver private results;
  • Secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

This license does not transfer ownership of your Input to AllVideoAI.

3. Generated Outputs

As between you and AllVideoAI, and to the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, we do not claim ownership of the Output generated specifically for you.

However:

  • AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other protection;
  • Similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users;
  • An Output may incorporate or resemble third-party material;
  • Model-provider terms or local law may impose additional restrictions;
  • You remain responsible for checking and clearing the Output before use.

4. Third-Party Materials

Model names, logos, software, stock media, fonts, music, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying a provider or model does not imply that the provider endorses your Output or intended use.

5. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without obligation to you, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

6. Infringement Notices

Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Policy. Send notices to support@allvideoai.com with sufficient information to identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing material.

We may restrict content, suspend users, preserve records, or take other action where we reasonably believe intellectual-property rights are at risk.
