Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AllVideoAI ("AllVideoAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use allvideoai.com, our multi-model AI video generation workspace, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We do not sell your personal information or creative content for money.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Workspace Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

  • Your email address, user ID, authentication method, and login events;
  • Workspace membership, account preferences, language, and settings;
  • Subscription status, credit balances, and account entitlements;
  • Support requests and communications you send to us.

Authentication, database records, and private file storage are currently provided through Supabase.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides the basic account information permitted by the sign-in permissions you approve. This may include your name, email address, profile image, and a stable Google account identifier.

We use this information only to:

  • Create and authenticate your AllVideoAI account;
  • Associate your private workspace, generation history, credits, and settings with your account;
  • Protect your account, prevent abuse, and provide account support.

AllVideoAI does not request permission to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other content stored in your Google account. We do not use Google Sign-In information for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generative AI models.

Supabase processes Google authentication information on our behalf to complete the sign-in flow and maintain your authenticated session. We otherwise share Google Sign-In information only as necessary to operate and secure the Service, comply with law, or respond to a request you initiate.

Google Sign-In account information is retained for as long as your AllVideoAI account remains active or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@allvideoai.com. You may also revoke AllVideoAI's Google access through your Google Account settings; revoking access stops future Google authentication but does not automatically delete information already stored in your AllVideoAI account.

AllVideoAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Creative Inputs and Uploaded Assets

To generate or edit videos, you may provide:

  • Prompts, negative prompts, model settings, seeds, and generation parameters;
  • Images, videos, audio, end frames, reference materials, and other uploaded files;
  • Information contained in filenames, file metadata, or the content of those files.

Please do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions required to use it.

Generation and Output Data

We process and may retain:

  • Selected model family and variant, generation mode, settings, and quoted credit cost;
  • Model version or route identifier and the policy or terms reference associated with the generation where available;
  • Generation batches, child jobs, provider task identifiers, status, errors, and timestamps;
  • Generated videos, thumbnails, technical metadata, and private storage paths;
  • Credit freezes, settlements, releases, and related ledger entries.

Provider request and response details may be retained for troubleshooting, billing reconciliation, abuse prevention, and service reliability. Provider credentials and internal cost data are not exposed to other users.

Safety, Moderation, and Rights-Enforcement Data

To enforce our Terms and protect users, rights holders, and the public, we may screen prompts, uploaded assets, generated media, and related account activity using automated tools and, where appropriate, human review.

Moderation and enforcement records may include:

  • A generation, asset, or provider-task identifier;
  • The moderation system and version used;
  • Category results such as sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, harassment, or other policy labels;
  • A confidence value, rule match, safety status, block or release decision, and timestamp;
  • A minimized or de-identified excerpt, fingerprint, or technical reference needed to reproduce or investigate the decision;
  • A user appeal, copyright complaint, counter-notice, manual-review result, and enforcement action.

Access to flagged content and detailed moderation records is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for safety, legal compliance, support, or system integrity. Where practical, we use minimized, hashed, aggregated, or de-identified records for testing and reporting rather than retaining unnecessary copies of creative content.

Payment Information

If paid plans, subscriptions, or credit top-ups are available, checkout and payment processing may be provided by FastSpring or another disclosed payment processor. We may receive transaction identifiers, product or plan information, billing country, tax status, subscription status, and payment outcome. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, feature interactions, approximate location, performance measurements, error reports, and security events.

Necessary logs and storage support account access, security, generation workflows, and fraud prevention. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are controlled by the cookie consent choices available on the Website.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate users and operate workspaces;
  • Validate, quote, submit, monitor, store, and deliver video generations;
  • Upload creative assets securely and provide signed access to private outputs;
  • Maintain generation history and restore task status after refresh or sign-in;
  • Freeze, settle, or release credits and reconcile provider costs;
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, taxes, and account entitlements;
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • Screen for prohibited sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content;
  • Support human review, appeals, rights-holder complaints, takedowns, repeat-infringer enforcement, and safety testing;
  • Diagnose errors, improve performance, and develop Service features;
  • Respond to support, privacy, billing, and intellectual-property requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your private creative inputs or outputs to train our own generative models unless we separately obtain your permission.

3. AI Model and Infrastructure Providers

The Service routes a generation request to a third-party AI model or generation provider associated with the model you select. We may add, replace, or change these providers over time.

To perform a request, the provider may receive your prompt, selected parameters, and the uploaded assets required by that model. Provider-hosted input or output URLs may be temporary and may be retained by the provider according to its own terms and privacy practices. Where supported, AllVideoAI copies completed outputs into our private storage so your history does not depend solely on a temporary provider URL.

We may also use:

  • Supabase for authentication, database services, and private storage;
  • Vercel or similar providers for application hosting and delivery;
  • FastSpring or another disclosed processor for checkout and subscription management;
  • Sentry or similar services for error monitoring;
  • Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising, Google measurement products, and HubSpot when configured and permitted by your cookie choice.

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms as applicable.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Necessary cookies and local storage support login, security, language, checkout, consent preferences, and core Service operation.

Optional analytics or advertising technologies are loaded only after the consent choice required by our implementation. You can use Cookie settings on the Website to review or change your choice. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers needed to host, secure, analyze, bill, or operate the Service;
  • With the AI provider required to complete the model request you selected;
  • With moderation, fraud-prevention, and rights-enforcement providers needed to evaluate or investigate content;
  • When you intentionally share or publish an output;
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, or security incidents;
  • To comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, or protect legal rights;
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not make your private workspace assets or generations public by default.

6. Storage, Security, and Retention

Creative inputs and outputs stored by AllVideoAI are placed in private storage and are normally accessed through time-limited signed URLs. We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider-secret isolation, monitoring, and other commercially reasonable safeguards.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for downloading or backing up outputs you need to retain.

We retain account records, generation history, uploaded assets, and outputs for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service or until deletion is requested or made available through the product. Temporary files, provider URLs, caches, and logs may have different retention periods. Billing records, credit ledgers, webhook events, moderation decisions, appeals, infringement notices, fraud signals, backups, and legal records may be kept longer where necessary for accounting, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information;
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent for optional analytics or advertising;
  • Opt out of marketing communications;
  • Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable.

To submit a request, contact us at support@allvideoai.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

8. International Processing

Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to support lawful international transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and users must also meet any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
